Ernestina Abroquah, Founder and Managing Director: Miss Abroquah is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Litina Travel and Tours Limited. She is in-charge of undertaking projects and research as well as corporate development and ensures all officers responsible for ticketing, reservation, hotel arrangements, transport arrangements, immigration clearance execute their responsibilities effectively without delays or failures. She monitors and supervises all staff of LTT to ensure timelines are met and customers are happy with services provided by LTT.
She also issues tickets and makes reservation for accommodation and other ancillary services. She has rich and varied experience, spanning 20 years – in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry in Ghana, serving mainly corporate and group travelers. Prior to founding LTT she worked for M&J Travel and Tours as ticketing and reservation officer where her functions included organizing tours, issuing tickets and hotel reservation.
She has led LTT to win several awards in its 20-year existence including more recently Galileo Tiger Award for 2005 as the fastest growing travel agent: and Afriqiyah Airways 2009 best travel agent. In addition, the Company was selected as the only accredited Ghanaian travel and tours company for the 2010 world cup in South Africa by the International Federation of Association Football (“FIFA”) and in 2011, was adjudged the best agent for revenue growth that year by KLM and Alitalia.
Miss Abroquah holds an LLB degree in law from GIMPA LAW FACULTY and currently has been inducted to the Professional law training in Ghana (GHANA SCHOOL OF LAW) 2021-2023, holds a Master’s degree in TOURISM from UNIVERSITY OF CAPE COAST, Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality from GIMPA and IATA/UFTAA Standard Diploma from the CDI.
